Hearings, appeals and previous decisions
We hold hearings to resolve disputes and publish the decisions of the hearings.
If you do not agree with a decision that we have made you can appeal against it.
Hearings
A hearing is an opportunity for those involved in a dispute to explain their case in person before us. Find out more about the hearings we offer and how to apply for one.
Decisions
Appealing a decision
Appeals from the decisions we make can follow one of two routes, to the Appointed Person or to the High Court.
Results of past decisions
This area of our site includes all trade mark decisions issued since the beginning of 1998.
Unpaid costs orders
We publish details of any unpaid costs incurred by a losing party following our decision.
